Rosavico was quite rude and insisted on charging me extra for sides. I requested a mini nacho bowl, which has always been the same as a kids’ nacho bowl in my experience. I was told there is no such thing, and that if I wanted chips as well, I would need to pay an additional fee. What’s frustrating is the inconsistency. I’ve ordered this before without being charged extra. Policies and pricing should be consistent across the board. Being told something different after years of ordering the same item is disappointing, especially when it’s handled in an unfriendly manner. I hope management can address this so future customers receive consistent service.

Normally, I come in later on in the night, but I just came in and was treated with the worst service ever. It was so bad it outweighed all of the good experiences. I’ve had here I will never be back in this location and I suggest others do the same.
