Kitchen staff were slow to make orders and the food was absolute trash. Yes pizza hut in general is trash, but this food was trash for pizza hut standards. Shift leader had the audacity to criticize the person working the lobby in front of customers because it was getting crowded. After giving harsh criticism to an employee literally doing the best with what they have, the shift lead gave us burnt pizzas and cinnamon sticks instead of bread sticks. Only reason I'm giving an extra star is because of the kind employee working the lobby.
