  They dont offer napkins, plates, cheese, or any other items for you pizza or food, kinda disappointed

  Do not order delivery! Ordered delivery, thinking that maybe after a few years from my last poor experience(pizza arrived damaged with dirt and grass in the box) things may have changed. They changed for the worse! It took an hour and a half for pizza to be delivered 9 minutes away. The delivery person just left it on the ground by the door, and of course it was cold! They are using 3rd party delivery, that slows delivery, contributes to poor quality, and adds expense to customers. Never again will I order from this place!

  I really don't like their food anymore it's been not good for years then they started having doordash deliver the other day I ordered through their website and there was three women in the car and then none of them spoke English and then kept trying to talk to me in Spanish on the phone and none of them spoke English so for 17 minutes we went back and forth trying to figure out what building I was in because I don't speak Spanish and I should not have to so thanks Pizza Hut for your gross cold pizza as per usual and now you get drivers that don't speak English so you get a cold pizza and the sticky tab that you put over the box to close it was cut so who knows what was happening to the pizza at least my neighbor saw me and tried to help translate so he gave me a home cooked meal so I didn't have to eat what was ever in that box!
