I went into my neighborhood Pizza Hut after placing a carryout order for just a flatz pizza. There was a man assisting a customer at one register, and a woman standing at the other, I stood in front of the woman, she walked off, a man came in after me and the man at the first register assisted him. When he was done with the customer I informed him the aforementioned and told him the woman was rude and I was before the man he just assisted, no response, asked my name, provided it, then he requested my number, provided that as well, since I was overlooked I said to the man , if my order is not ready, I will take a refund, he said okay it'll take 7-10 business days, I inquired why and while still in mid sentence, he started stating their refund policy, at this point, I'm upset because this is just ridiculous, told him we both cannot speak at the same time and if me, the customer is speaking, maybe he should be quiet and listen. He kept talking over me to which a female with burgundy hair came over and stated she is the manager, and the first thing I can do is calm down, I'm not hollering but I am rightfully upset as I forgot to mention the initial woman came back to the second register and started assisting someone else, I had informed her that when I came in I stood right in front of her and she walked off and that was rude, she laughed it off and I told her it was not funny. Please understand that had she not laughed in my face and he had not spoke over me, and then the so call manager tell me to calm down, I would not have got upset. We're talking about 1 little flatbread pizza. I was told he would give me a refund and to not come back into the store again, best believe, I won't ever order from Pizza Hut or visit that store ever again. This could have been a teachable moment for both employees but turned into a lost customer for life and I mean that, I don't go where I'm not welcome.
