Truly this is by far the best Panera with quality food and wonderful service they provide everytime I go through drive through or dine in! Katie the manager really made my day when I was feeling down she managed to help fix an error with my online order that wasn’t working from my end! I would highly recommend this restaurant. I will always be coming here for because the food is seriously fresh and tastes amazing everytime. No complaint to even report at this restaurant! Please give recognition to every single on of these amazing staff at this location Panera I will continue to willingly give my best reviews for them! Thank you guys for treating me with such priority and sincerity.
- NRN R6 days ago2.0We’ve been coming to Panera for years, but lately the quality just hasn’t been the same. The staff is always friendly, but the food itself isn’t what it used to be. For example, on our most recent visit I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich and received one large chunk of chicken instead of shredded chicken. My soup was lukewarm, and the baguette tasted like it had just come out of the freezer instead of being warmed. For the prices they charge and their promise of fresh, well-prepared food, it was really disappointing.
