Ordering and picking up was overly complicated and confusing. Workers seemed to not know where I should pick up order and the screens noting order was ready was different from what was actually happening which made it really confusing tbh. The food was pretty good, seemed fresh.

Sunday AM - visiting Denver - family member in ICU. Ordered bfast via door dash and accidentally ordered to the wrong Panera. When I realized this - Carrie the supervisor took over and called to cancel my order at the other location - got my refund - and offered me a coffee while I waited for my order. It was so kind - esp bc it's been crazy w long hospital days. Great team there and kind humans.

I would like to take the time to leave a review for the Panera Employees who helped kept me safe from a guy who was about to attack me. Thank you so much Alexa for making sure I was okay. Thank you for the two guys who chased the guy away and made sure I got to my car safely. Thank you for trying to call 911, even though they didn’t answer. Y’all deserve a raise!
