I placed a delivery order for $50 — TWO bread bowls, a sandwich, and a salad that came with a baguette and an apple. What did we receive? ONE cup of soup. THAT’S IT. I called the store, and the incompetent woman who answered the phone refused to let me speak to a manager. All she kept repeating was, “We’re too busy right now.” I DO NOT CARE. It took me telling her that if I had to come up there, I would be extremely upset for her to even pretend to take the situation seriously. Then I hear her in the background telling the manager, “Hey, we have a complaint… I don’t know what she wants.” She put the phone down and left me on hold for 10 minutes. After that, someone muted the line and hung up on me. I had to call corporate myself just to get a refund and file a complaint on both the rude girl who answered the phone and the completely useless manager. Money is too hard to come by for people to treat customers like this. I genuinely hope both of them get reprimanded for their behavior.

Food was subpar and customer service was severely lacking. Our sandwiches were bland and cold. The girl at the rapid pick-up was very inattentive. She was washing something, paying no attention to her surroundings, while I stood there for several minutes. When she saw me, she walked over and said nothing. When I told her the name on the order, she grabbed it and handed it to me, still saying nothing. Not even after I said thank you. Panera, you need to step up your game. You're not what you used to be.
