The store closed earlier than the posted hours on 12/25, and my mobile order—placed using 6,000 reward points—was canceled without explanation. The points were not refunded. If they were going to close early, they shouldn’t have accepted mobile orders in the first place. The manager (or whoever was in charge) just shut the window without any explanation or apology. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Trip to pick up an ice cream cone ordered on the app, I was told to go to the 2nd window (as my order was paid online) so I drove around the car at the first window to the 2nd window, only to have a rude girl yelling in my face that I cut someone. I told her that the girl on the speaker told me to go to the 2nd window. She said she was the one that told me, but I wasn't supposed to cut because now the people behind me have to wait for their fire because I cut them. Like first of all, they are still at the first window trying to pay you because you ran up here on a power trip to tell me that I did what you told me to do duh... second, it takes 30 seconds to make a cone and hand it to me. At this point I didn't want the cone anymore. So I left.

I was given the wrong order. The door dash people flooded the lobby and I had a hard time speaking with anyone about my order because there was no cashier, just managers and such trying to run everything.
The food was as expected.
