    Just went in ordered 2 large coffees no monopoly pieces and they don’t know how to answer a phone go to a different location

    Don’t eat here. They serve cold food. Under cooked food. Management is really bad and always has an attitude. The past couple of years the quality has really went down. Poor manage management. Ice cream machine is always “broken” … And they always close the lobby way too early and at random times. What is going on???? Does the owner not care?

    Today was not great I was handed some random cup of sauce I've never seen before that is more like thousand island than salsa after asking for MILD PICANTE for my breakfast burritos. Like ... does this look like mild ?? And I come here damn near every other day .....

    Ide say it's McDonald's.. but .... I eat at McDonald's alot at different locations. This particular store is the worst . Order was old food texture like rubber hash brown was old not hot. The coffee had no sugar as requested no sugar in the bag either , and the drive thru attendant was rude . That doesn't surprise me what so ever tried calling them back four times no answer . But that's about par for this younger generation. The better one to go to is at Quincy and Buckley much better service. And is ran with integrity !! Hope this helps ! Now I have to wait for a refund....
