During our visit, the employees working the drive-thru appeared more focused on joking with one another than taking customer orders. When placing my order, I specifically requested fresh fries and no ketchup on my burger. Upon receiving the food, it was immediately clear that the fries were cold. I returned them to the employee at the window and politely asked for fresh fries as requested. At that point, the bag was snatched out of my hand, and I was met with an eye roll and an obvious attitude from the employee. Due to this interaction, we pulled into a parking space, and my husband went inside to speak with the manager on duty. Unfortunately, the manager responded with the same dismissive attitude rather than addressing the situation professionally. We generally avoid this location because of repeated poor customer service from the staff, but it was especially disappointing to see the same behavior reflected by management. Managers should be setting an example and maintaining a structured, professional environment, not mirroring unprofessional behavior.
