Mobile pickup: The drive through employees are very nice, they smile and are kind and seem to enjoy working there. We ordered the sausage McMuffin w/out egg it’s half the price and delicious and fresh. Been eating here for 35 years! Oh and make sure and download the app I literally get something free almost every visit. ❤️

They always seem to mess orders up here. But usually it's the employees who are rude. But at the end of the day not everyone is going to have a good day everyday

My mother and I pulled in for some breakfast, we ordered hotcakes and a sausage egg mc muffin, a coffee and a frappe. We were told to pull forward and waited for over 10 minutes just to receive the hotcakes. I went inside with our receipt to correct them and at the counter ALL of the employees were ignoring over 7 people waiting at the front. A manager came up to a man giving her doughnuts and when people were trying to catch her attention up there she turned around and walked away. I finally got ahold of an employee who said I was lying about not receiving the food we ordered and I insisted she was wrong and we were happy to show her what she gave us. She went to the back and I overheard her saying she definitely gave us our food, and then came back and with an overly annoyed look on her face with the food we were missing.
This wouldn’t be a problem but this was breakfast before work, we were there for over 20 minutes waiting for 4 items and everybody behind us in the drive through were in and out in about 5 minutes or less but everybody else inside was waiting for quite some time.
The customer service is absolutely awful with employees simply ignoring customers at the front AND the drive through, not paying attention to the orders and blatantly accusing people of lying even after being offered to be shown the items.
Edit: This happened yesterday, they had ended up leaving a pie in our bag as a “sorry.” My mom tried eating and said it tasted like chemicals. I can’t accuse anyone or say it was intentional, but whether it was or wasn’t there should be concern where they’re keeping their food/ reacting to complaints if their food all of the sudden tastes like something hazardous.

Ordered the new drink the Sprite one with the foam on top so McDonald’s give you foam some don’t this one didn’t as well as I had the strawberry bursts on the bottom and they just threw a few strawberries on top. I also said light ice and they filled it up definitely halfway with Ice.
Never get any drink anywhere fast food, or not with ice in it they save a drastic amount of product when they can put a lot of ice in it and it looks full and early isn’t
