Last week I ordered a breakfast using a mobile app picked up my breakfast. The only thing in the bag was syrup and butter no hash brown no biscuit sausage I contacted McDonald’s. They refuse to give me reply. I went to the store. They refused to make this the situation, right as of now McDonald’s have stolen $10 for me and will not fix this issue. I provided the receipt. I’ve contacted McDonald’s through their nonexistent customer support line this McDonald’s on Colfax is the absolute worst McDonald’s in the city of Aurora the people they are rude. They only speak Spanish, which is fine, but we are in America and most of us do not speak Spanish. They ignore customers to finish their conversations. It is a horrible business.

Literally last night went through drive thru and got someone else’s order, so I went inside and told The cashier and he gave me attitude and still gave me another wrong order and when I told him, he started mouthing off under his breath. Which i replied “ excuse me and told him to speak up” he just looked down and gave me my money back. Also every time I drive over here I’m getting attitude, rudeness and just absolute no customer service and I don’t even go inside anymore, it always stinks and the bathroom dirty!
