  We ordered on-line for delivery. I would not recommend at all. I understand the food is not the same when it’s delivered but the prices still are and we ordered 4 meals and some Lemon pepper tots. Not one of our meals was good. We had two Thai noodles and they had no flavor, not much chicken and way too much tofu and the noodles were hard. They were flavorless! We had one Burria noodles and it had no flavor and the noodles were hard and cold and our 4th meal was the teriyaki noodles and once again no flavor. The tots were just ordinary cooked tots. Frozen tots are just as good. We felt like because there was no recourse since we ordered on-line that the restaurant just decided to throw it together. If we had been at the restaurant in person all of us would have sent our meals back. I have been to Lazy Dog many times. I liked it. But not sure I will return. It’s unfortunate as we do not have very many good restaurants in Southlands’s. Extremely disappointed!!

  We had an amazing experience at Lazy Dog, thanks to Britt! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the start. The atmosphere was great, and the weather made it even better. We ordered the bison burger and the All-American burger—both were delicious and cooked perfectly. Britt also gave us a great recommendation with a French-style option, which we really appreciated. Best of all, she made sure my margarita was full the entire time without us ever having to ask. Excellent service, great food, and a fun, relaxed vibe. Thank you, Britt—we’ll definitely be back!

  Mixed results this time. I went here two days in a row, the first day to see if it would be possible to get in at the normal lunch time. I didn't get there until around 2:00 in the afternoon. Was seated immediately. The waitress was friendly and took my order, the food was delivered and the side order was incorrect however it was good. I forgot to order condiments when I first ordered but when I requested them after the food arrived she had them promptly brought to my table. Based on that experience I went ahead and scheduled the reservation at a normal lunch time. Although there were 50 people waiting when I got there they sat me within about 5 minutes, unlike the location up north which took 2 hours to seat me. The waiter the second time was not as attentive. When I placed my order I added the condiments immediately. They were not delivered with the food. Additionally the entire restaurant wait staff vanished for at least 45 minutes after our food was delivered. My meal was cold. The tater tots on the side we're just okay. I had ordered the puff pastry with the caramelized onion and two little tiny squares of pastry probably worth at most a dollar showed up, they charge $9.50 for that. My food was cold so I took it home. My takeaway is to only go off hours. Still am unused to spending close to $50 for a burger meal.

  We had an incredible Christmas Eve dinner at Lazy Dog! We were a large family of 11, and the experience couldn't have been better. The food was absolutely delicious—everyone from the kids to the adults found something they loved. What really made the night special, though, was the service. Our server, DJ, was absolutely amazing. Managing a table of 11 on a busy holiday is no small feat, but DJ was attentive, friendly, and kept everything running perfectly. Thank you for making our holiday celebration so memorable!

  I come here all the time for one thing only, Chicken Parmesan. When I opened the menu and saw it was gone, I asked our waitress, Britt, and she let us know it was no longer available. Even though I was disappointed, Britt felt terrible and did everything she could to make it right. She gave great recommendations and even figured out a way for me to still get Chicken Parmesan by modifying the Alfredo entrée. I was extremely impressed, you truly can’t find service like this anywhere else. Britt is such a bright light and bundle of joy! We loved her!
