Pleasant staff can't make up for an inedible sandwich. What I received was cold and bland, and the only option for an interesting mustard was a handful of packets. This should embarrass any self-respecting sandwich shop. I've been hesitant to visit this chain because of their connections to trophy-hunting. Now I can offer a more concrete objection: their sandwiches are terrible.

Both times I’ve come here, I’ve placed a mobile order and it’s always been ready before the app says it will be. The staff is really kind and efficient. The restaurant is clean and the food is good. I keep it simple, and the Slim 1 is my go-to—it’s always a hit.

This location is 'freaky slow.' I placed an online order 10 minutes ahead of pick up and still spent my ENTIRE lunch break waiting for ONE regular sandwich to be made. And there were 5 people working! Ridiculous!
