  I called in to Cancel a mobile order due to ordering at the wrong location. Cindy was very rude and unprofessional. I'm not even certain she actually refunded my order.

  I always love Jimmy John's, but when the service is great, makes me love them even more!! This guy that made my sandwich had no problem adding mustard and peppers on the side when I asked him. Nice guy. I will remember that this Jimmy John's is a good one anytime im in the area!

  I was crossing the street, it was my right away. Suddenly a Jimmy John's delivery driver decided that's when they wanted to turn, and so they did and they were inches away from hitting me when they did. They showed zero regard for me as a pedestrian whatsoever. I usually go here whenever I am craving a sub, but I'm not going back as thir wreckless behavior put me off.

  I’m so sad because I’ve worked near this location for a long time and I’ve always ordered from here. But the last two times I have ordered, the workers were so mean and aggressive. The delivery driver came into my work being aggressive to every person she interacted with and I waited over an hour for my sandwhich from right next door due to not being able to leave my shift. I’m so disappointed cause I loved this place before, but it’s def not worth it these days! Apparently they have new owners who aren’t holding their staff to a good standard. Don’t waste your time or money!
