    Be careful when you buy here. You order a “Little John” and they try to charge you for a full one. There’s something fishy going on here, like they’re pocketing the money in some other way. They’re overcharging and not giving you what you actually ordered. I went to complain and all they did was rudely give me my money back because they didn’t want to argue. I just went to tell them, “Hey, you charged me for a different item,” and then they started arguing with me until I asked for the receipt and they refused to give it to me, just crumpling up the bill. Watch out for that place and the White long hair guy with the Black Polo Shirt employee, This happened Jan 9, 2026.

    No delivery driver @5pm.. That's wild. Updates review 12/11/25 This location seems to never have a way to deliver with cash. What's the point of telling people cash or card if you ONLY TAKE CARD.

    On 7/17. I ordered my sub via the app at approx 11:50am. I arrived at the location at 12pm. Noticed that they were busy. I waited patiently for 30 minutes a total of 40 minutes since i ordered my sub. It was not completed within that 40 minutes. I truly do understand that they were extremely busy but, when walk in customers are getting their food before someone who ordered way ahead of time, that just seems pretty messed up. Even after i approached the gentleman up front running the register, he just kept saying " we will get it done." Personally I think its a bit ridiculous that it would take 40 minutes to get nothing accomplished. He also seems to be upset when I asked for a refund and kept cutting me off when I attempted to reason with him on why I was wanting a refund. Overall, terrible experience amd whether they read this or not. I know nothing will come of it and they will just continue doing them. Same corporate BS anywhere and everywhere.

    Family of 5 arrived, and we were the only ones here. We each ordered one sandwich and ended up waiting 15 minutes for them to slice cheese for our sandwiches because they had none. Instead of slicing enough cheese for what we had ordered, we sat and watched as they chatted and sliced the ENTIRE block of cheese. Professional. Love waiting for a sandwich that was freaky slow and freaky not fresh. Guac and lettuce tasted old. Sorry guys, not impressed. Go to a jimmy john’s down the street.
