The order did take a little bit long, but they more than compensated for it and I’m overly happy. This might be one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve ever had and I left the place almost shocked by the experience I had. I don’t go here all the time, but if I do go to get a burger it would be here automatically. And these burgers taste so good. You don’t even realize how good they are until you go to another place. The burgers are perfect. There’s nothing that can be done to make the burgers better. They’ve reached the top-tier status.

Felt bad for the door dash drivers waiting on their orders and could see their frustration. Also saw a patty that was still pink on the outside edge wrapped up to be served to a customer. Younger staff on a Friday night not able to keep up with the orders and dirty tables in dining area. Won't be back.
