My ticket was lost, order remade twice because DAKOTA does not know what she is doing (I watched her make it wrong) and then I get attitude and avoidance. If you go there avoid DAKOTA.

I waited an hour and ten minutes today for my online order because they gave someone else my order as they called my name to come grab it. When asking where my order is after waiting 45 minutes Beth (who appeared to be the manager) told me to wait jeez and was absolutely rude. She also wasn’t wearing a hat or hair net which is a health code violation. The poor gentleman at the front finally fixed it and got my order going after Beth ignored us. We then were told we can’t get a refund and have to do so online. We got a lousy cookie for being disrespected and experienced the worse service I’ve ever had. I’m not one to typically be a Karen and leave bad reviews but this experience was insane.

There were 8 other people waiting for their orders. One person asked for a refund. With all of the people waiting one of the workers was filling a cookie jar. He was also confused with orders. He had to ask two different people clarification. There were two guys doing the work both were moving at a snails pace. I have been to many other Einsteins this was the absolute worst!
