- KKKalyanDec 21, 20251.0Pretty disappointed with this visit. We ordered 3 items and were literally the only people in the store, but our order was never called—even though it was already made. Someone checked in with us and said they were working on our order, so we waited around. After 10–15 minutes of standing there and checking a few times, they finally asked us “How can I help you?” When we said we were waiting for our order, we were told there was no order. We had to point out who took the order, and after talking to them, our food was magically found—sitting there the whole time. By then, everything was cold. Just really poor communication and attention. Not a great experience at all. .

He went on break. 3 minutes later someone who couldn't even take my number down for my points took my order. 4 people came in behind me got their orders and mine had yet to still come out. There was a manager there walking around lost with a clipboard in his hand not doing anything. Original worker came back lost as ever. I had to ask for refund for my food because they never made it. He chalked it up to some mix up. No food, crappy service and horrible management. We wont be going back to this one.

Next, the other kid took 3 minutes to come out to help us, than, we waited 20 minutes for our order, where everyone behind us got their food first. Manager was walking around, doing nothing but holding a clipboard, NOT rectifying the situation he was clearly un earshot to hear. The kid in the back preparing food had no hair net and long hair. It was the worst ever
