First I work in a tip based industry and it seems odd to say the least to be asking for tips at the drive through of a fast food/casual dinning restaurant. Second the last time I drove through was my last time. The food and service have both been on the decline recently my last order was for avacado toast there was so little avacado on it that it would have tasted like a dry bagel except there was barely enough moisture from the micron thick avacado spread to cause the over the top ammount of everything but the bagle seasoning to stick to said bagle and make the whole taste experience terrible . Maybe if there had been more avocado the amount of everything but the bagel seasoning would have been mellowed out but 🤷.

The lady who I believe is either the manager or the owner Is a reflection of how an establishment should be run to make everyone feel included.

Every time I walk in, I see somebody cleaning something, all the employees are very friendly, and helpful with menu questions, and I can tell the employees look up to the manager Sommer, every time I stop in they all work together like a well oiled machine! I envy the work environment, and highly recommend you stop in and try the food! It's always ready quickly and made fresh!
