I finally gave up. A person came on the radio once to say they'd be with me in a minute. Not true. If they were busy, I would maybe understand not taking the order right away or maybe having me wait a few minutesfor it to be done. But just having a customer sitting in their car with no idea what's going on over 5 minutes is ridiculous for a slow day.
