We are all human and make mistakes but the team makes sure to make it right. They are all always constantly on the move full filling customer orders. We were the only people in line. The lady who took our order was very rude and snippy with us for no reason. We were waiting very patiently. But very nice to literally anyone else who walked in. Only nice people were the employees making the drinks and the bagel sandwiches. We were there for 35 mins roughly waiting for our order.

This is not the first time my order has been missing something. This time I ordered their signature turkey bacon sandwich and it didn't come with bacon. It's a bit disappointing because that's the point of the whole sandwich. It's not like this place is cheap and there was no reason for her to be annoyed with us. This place needs better training and more staff.
