- DCDanny ConnerNov 8, 20251.0Waited 20 minutes past the time I had selected in the App to pick up my Freeze from the Walk-Up Window and I was handed a Freeze where the flavoring was not stirred into the drink, it instead settled to the bottom of the cup and I got a Mouthful of Syrup in my first sip. The Freeze was much lighter in Weight than it normally is and it tasted like it was half Freeze whipped with soft top it was so full of Air. After letting my drink sit for about 15 minutes when all the air settled out of the Freeze it was Half the volume of the cup. I took 2 sips and let it sit. I am consistently let down by this store, I do not tip as much as I used to due to this constantly happening. Sad that the Store around the corner is not consistent like the store around the corner from my job in Brighton. This store does not care about the consistency in drinks, only about how much they make in tips. It's sad when you can tell which store crews are there for their checks and which ones actually care about their Customers who they see multiple times a day. I've never dumped out a full cup after just buying it until today, with the hours I put in for my Job and the very little ammount of time off from work I am able to have I was Unable to return to have it remade for a couple of hours. Still disappointing for To have to wait so long for a drink that's made with no care for the customer or product you put out.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
