  If you're familiar with Dutch Bros you know the lines will be long. It's nearly their trademark. But they will also be friendly and the makers of some pretty fantastic coffee drinks, or coffee desserts is more how I describe them. So delicious! The cocomo freeze lived up to its reputation and my expectation at this location. Go there, get that and your taste buds will thank you for it.

  My daughter & I went there to have a seasonal egg nog drink but they were completely out of the egg nog! 😭 We enjoyed our drink but it was over $9!! That's so much more for the same drink at Starbucks which is crazy high enough. I do like that Dutch Bros is another Pacific Northwest based chain & the "broistas" are all friendly but ordering on their tablet & having them hand you the page to tip while they're watching makes it awkward to tip without feeling cheap by picking anythong but the highest percentage. I like their drinks better than Starbucks but not being able to order ahead on the app makes me usually choose Starbucks. If they ever add this, I'd choose Dutch Bros more often!

  Will not be coming back!!! I have been coming to this Dutch bros almost everyday since they opened in 2022. Usually everyone is super nice and I even became familiar with the morning manager who was always really nice and we would chat a lot!! I’m always super kind and I try and tip when I am able to, and have never had any problems. Unfortunately, as of lately the customer service has been super poor, but today was literally the worst day and I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location because of how bad they made me feel. I was behind the car at the window, and could see the manager having what looked like a nice conversation with the car in front of me. Once I pull up, the smile on the managers face disappears and all she does is repeat my order to me. I then ask her, “how are you today?” And she proceeded to give me literally the dirtiest look ever, she crosses her arms and turns her back to me and starts having a very loud conversation with her coworkers. How freaking rude!!!!!!! This whole time my order was being made she had her back to me the whole time and then when she handed me my drink just a simple “here you go.” With an eye roll. The whole interaction ruined my day and honestly my coffee didn’t even taste great because of the bad taste she put in my mouth with her bad attitude. I understand that people will have bad days, but to just blatantly ignore someone for no reason at all is just uncalled for and is not what the usual experience at Dutch is, and is really disheartening especially because I give my money to this company everyday. I usually never leave reviews and I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but I would hate for anyone else to feel how I felt. I am always kind to everyone there and how I was treated today was not okay. Will not be returning!
