When I got there, there was no one in the store and the tills were open. My wife walked around the building knocking on the window to try to see if someone was still there, but after about 20 minutes we decided to leave. The weather was bad that day so I completely understand wanting to close early. My problem is when I came back today around 6:45pm to see if it was possible to get a refund for my order or to just get the drinks i paid for. When we told the staff at the window about the incident we were told there was no way they would be closed at that time and asked why we didnt take a video of the empty store. I then mentioned that they could look on their OWN CCTV to confirm our story to which we just received "i dont know, it sounds - you should just talk to corporate." - which we had also attempted to do last night. The phone number points you to the website, and the website has a chat bot that points you to a form... ive gotten no response and no refund. If I could give zero stars I would. Order number: 338820

We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!

You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
