  Walked in and there were a ton of teenage girls that didnt even look at me, much less greet me. I ordered pickup so I just grabbed my food and checked it. First thing, bacon topped avocado toast had no bacon. Had to fight to flag down someone and the 3rd girl finally looked at me. Let her know, she goes to the backroom and comes back. I checked and let her know there was hardly any bacon on it. She said "its all crumbled that's why". I told her that I go to a LOT of Dunkins and they've never given me this little. She sighs and goes back again. Comes back and its still a little stringent but I just want to leave that place. This whole time, no "good morning" no "thank you" and no "sorry" for the order being wrong. We take off and try our drinks. Iced coffee is watered down weak and way too sweet. My partner's Matcha was also way too sweet. We have our exact drinks down to prevent the over sweetness so this can only happen if they just ignored how many pumps of flavors we wanted. I bite into my toast and it's somehow soggy.... there was only a 5 minute drive from when I placed the order so this doesnt make any sense unless they had the toast just sitting out waiting for someone to order it. Bruh, I dont understand how someone can take my favorite breakfast treat place and make it the actual worst experience I've had in years.

  Asked for a hot chocolate 3 times. And got a black coffee, rude staff with no care for customer service.

  I honestly don’t understand what all these people say about the teenage staff, if anything that’s probably the best part of the store. These kids are so respectful and are there just to work, they know how to treat people and how to provide well customer service. It doesn’t matter when I come whether it’s later in the day or early morning these kids are super respectful. They get orders RIGHT, they make food & drinks greatly and everything is made perfectly. Show these kids more respect and don’t forget their managers who lead the way and teach them what’s right.

  This dunkin used to be great and I even gave them 4 stars at one point but now they only hire extremely rude teenagers who can't make drinks, my coffee is always sour an the milk ratio is always off, and when I point it out the girls are always so rude to me, this never happens when they mess up my order at dutch bros.

  Friendly staff! Dunkin’ is always a hit or miss on if they’ll have items or ingredients on hand so it’s kind of a gamble stopping there
