Despite being a branded Dairy Queen location, they refused to honor official Dairy Queen coupons—no explanation, no courtesy, just a flat-out “we don’t take those” delivered with attitude. The staff was dismissive and rude when we asked why, as if we were inconveniencing them by even asking. It’s baffling that a national chain would allow such inconsistency in customer service and policy. If you’re not going to accept your own company’s promotions, at least train your team to communicate that respectfully. We took our business elsewhere, and we won’t be back. There are plenty of places that value their customers—this isn’t one of them.
