We walked in expecting a simple treat and left completely disappointed. Despite being a branded Dairy Queen location, they refused to honor official Dairy Queen coupons—no explanation, no courtesy, just a flat-out “we don’t take those” delivered with attitude. The staff was dismissive and rude when we asked why, as if we were inconveniencing them by even asking.
It’s baffling that a national chain would allow such inconsistency in customer service and policy. If you’re not going to accept your own company’s promotions, at least train your team to communicate that respectfully.
We took our business elsewhere, and we won’t be back. There are plenty of places that value their customers—this isn’t one of them.

The clerk at the counter did not seem to be happy to be at work even even though it was 10 AM in the morning and she actually opened 5 minutes late, we waited around until 10 to get a smoothie. and when we ordered she didn’t have bananas to make a smoothie… Very underwhelming for a smoothie place
