    My son’s father ordered a sheet ice cream cake for our son’s birthday party (today) this past Thursday. This morning at 8AM I get a call from a frantic cake decorator telling me we can’t order an ice cream cake the night before we need it (again ordered it on thursday not yesterday) and that they won’t be able to fill our order and the person that took the order should’ve never taken our order. She literally even said “they wrote down so many numbers what date did you guys need the cake?” Did they offer to fix it? Sure, with a smaller cake they could have ready in the time they gave themselves by clearly forgetting about our order. Paid half price for a smaller cake. That’s not really a good enough compromise but what are your options for a last minute change just hours before the birthday party? Not many. Not when the birthday kid had expectations already set.

    The young staff here are all so nice and accommodating and friendly! It's spotless in here, too. I was in a few weeks ago after my husband had oral surgery and could not have any chunks. He wanted strawberry sauce, but I decided to skip it after the young man working there told me it was chunky. Instead, he strained it for me I didn't ask, he just did it. So kind.

    We have been here numerous times and every single time the staff has been so kind & efficient! I also wanted to thank Jamie for quickly making our daughters 2nd birthday cake with a 48 hr turn around. Thank you!

    Came in to get an ice cream cake. Ended up with a "cup-cake" cake... love this option but would appreciate a better option for carrying/ transportation. The lid would not snap on and the individual cup kept falling over and coming out of cake carrier.
