    Man I swear it was Late I just missed the Lobby hours by 10 minutes, Nd I can’t make this up it was My Lady’s B-Day been with her 19 years wanted to get her an ice cream cake so bad - Luckily for me the drive thru was still open , Nd ironically enough even Doe they Don’t got Cake options on the Menu , I was SURPRISED to find out that they still sell cakes even if it wasn’t on the Menu , I wanted a 10” but they only had a 8” the Guy Genuinely offered to Make me one told me that it would only take them 15 minutes I wasn’t expecting that but I took his offer , Went to Walmart for couple things came back within 15 minutes Nd the Cake was Done MAD RESPECT to the YN at the drive thru . GOD Bless

    This place is a disappointment they always have the lobby closed by 7pm and go out behind the dumpsters and get high . I went in person and witnessed it my self then thought I’d have a different experience if I Uber Eats delivery I had my ordered reassigned 4x due to the lobby being closed at 7pm .

    This location has always been a bit slow, but it seems to be getting worse. This review is no reflection on the employees, you can tell they are trying their best, but they are understaffed. Today, there were two people working, the time was 1:00 pm, a time when people are out an about on a Saturday, and it's Valentine's Day, so it's anticipated to be busy. Additionally, Dairy Queen has hit up email boxes to urge customers to come in for their new specials and Valentine treats which means, higher customer volume. We sat for 15 minutes before even getting to the speaker to order, and because of the wait several cars behind us backed up to leave. We didn't have anywhere to be, so we stayed. Once we were able to order, the young man who took our order, I could tell he was new, and was struggling a bit in finding the keys for the items we ordered on his register, but he was polite, and apologized for his delay in not being familiar with where to select the items. After we ordered, there were two vehicles in front of us, and after another 10 minutes with no movement, 2 cars, again, behind us, backed up and left. It was so bad, that the truck in front of us once they got to the window they paid, but left before taking their order due to the long wait. The young man at the window, apologized for the wait, asked if we saw the direction the truck went, and we let him know they left the lot. We could see the frustration in face, having the items prepared for the truck that drove off. After 30 minutes, we had our items. Whoever is managing this place is doing a disservice to their staff and their customers. The people working here, I have to imagine, deal with frustrated people all the time because their leadership is not setting them up for success. Kudos to the people we interacted with today, good job staying calm and professional under stressful circumstances. To management, get it together! Hire appropriately, maybe implement a bonus structure or something similar to encourage employee attendance. Also, train better, when new items are introduced, make sure your team is familiar with the products and how to ring it up, its YOUR job to create a positive work environment!

    Not friendly place short staffed dirty and half functioning . No nets on head no gloves . And the manager Kris or supervisor decided to make us all uncomfortable while treatment toward 2 new applicants was aggressive dry and angry. Not sure why she would treat the family this way . Then had another employee come out and bully them in spanish . The family looked native american not hispanic. Where is management

    Very sad to see a young man be treated so bad. He was eager and ready to turn in an application. When a woman named Kris snatched it out of hand of employee. Her tone dismissive. I gave the mother my information. Because you can clearly see that this was not okay. As another person came from the back to show the family away. While they were waiting in line patiently even letting others cut them to turn in this application very respectable. Hirable people. I was in there because Chris overcharged me for chicken salad, she triple charged me. And when I brought my receipt in to let her know that it was wrong, she tried to justify it. And then when I asked her to do the math, she had a huge attitude.That she had to refund me, then yells back to her kitchen.Never mind.Don't make the salad a salad that I never order.
