The girl is nice but doesn't seem to be well verse in the products. The guy is not rude but not nice, and not very interested in recommending or inform people about the products, and the lady is simply put rude, arrogant, always annoyed that she has to deal with a costumer and always in a hurry. I been there a few times and I have seen them all together or apart, with many costumers and totally empty and the service is always the same. Also, for the kind of business, they open way too late and close way too early, and even stop serving food like 2 hours before closing. Real shame cause the products are really good, but not worth the literal trouble.

I ended up having an opportunity to speak with Jose (the owner) about the issue and he was very understanding and non confrontational. He made me feel heard and delicately explained the misunderstanding. He also gave me a discount on my next order to apologize (again, even though I was not overcharged after all). I appreciate the care and consideration!
