My issue with this spot is that there seems to be a real lack of education/knowledge regarding food safety and dietary restrictions and the impact cross contamination can have on certain customers. The counter for the sauce and cheese/guac station is always messy. I have not eaten meat in ten years, and I have a dietary issue with dairy as well. When I come here I have always gotten a sofritas burrito. When I ask the workers to change gloves or inform them that i cannot have dairy products after they just made an entire family's order with cheese and messy gloves, they act all confused and frustrated and dont know what I am talking about. Not everyone wants chicken and cheese for their meals, and almost every time I've come here and said "no cheese" the workers will still go for a handful of cheese. It makes me feel like they arent even listening to me, and just want to push through a rush. This can be very frustrating. Please educate your staff on cross contamination and dietary restrictions
