The service was unbelievably slow, the staff acted like they didn’t care at all, and no one even tried to be polite. I felt completely ignored while waiting. The place didn’t look clean, and the whole atmosphere was uncomfortable. If this is how customers are treated here, I definitely won’t be coming back. Very disappointing.

They need to slow down and stop throwing all the ingredients with no awareness to distributing everything evenly between the tacos. I come here often and every time, everybody on the line looks miserable and that they hate their life. They never smile at you and god forbid you ask them to mix the burrito! They look at you like you just offended their mother. When the restaurant is empty and dead, they act like they are trying to set a world record the fastest burrito ever made. It’s sloppy, messy, and no good! They suck at wrapping the burritos because they are try to set a land speed record. Just slow down and actually take a little bit of time to make the food the right way!!!
