With the price of today's sit down restaurants how can you not be happy with any Chipotle? I always like it...your best value.

The worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. I was the only person in line at approximately 7:30pm. Had to tell the employee what I wanted three times - a carnitas burrito, nothing elaborate. He still managed to forget the carnitas, so I had to remind him before he rolled it up. He told the guy at the register twice what I ordered, because he didn't seem to be paying attention either. I then ordered chips & guac and a large drink. He rang me up and everything seemed right, but he didnt hand me a cup. I asked for a cup, and he said I didn't order a drink. I reminded him I had, and looked at my receipt. They charged me $3.60 for extra chicken - I hadn't ordered extra anything or any chicken at all. When I mentioned this, he acted like he would just give me the drink for free. Then he told me he would charge me a small for a large. When I asked him to refund the charge for extra chicken that I hadn't ordered, or received, he said 'I mean, I gave you the drink and only charged you for a small.' The three guys behind the counter, the one who struggled to make one burrito, the guy who struggled to ring it up, and another guy who was just laughing and chumming it up with them the entire time, was enough to make me just want to leave. When I got home, my chips were so stale it was like trying to eat one of your cups. About halfway through my burrito, I bit into what felt like plastic or a wax paper cup fragment. Par for the course I thought. It turned out to be a bay leaf, but still, any cook/restaurant knows those should be removed before serving. Food was bad and the service was worse. I wouldn't be surprised if the extra chicken charge is some sort of scam they're running since I ordered nothing even remotely close, that or they were all high, or both. If anyone from Chipotle corporate, or local ownership - AAKC Cherry Creek LLC I believe? - happens to see this, this store is damaging your brand.

What is the point of ordering online to beat the long lines of people when they are busy if the employees are still gonna make you wait until they take care of the long lines first. After words you gotta wait another couple minutes for the employees to finish telling their bad jokes to each other till they finaly aknowledge you. Come on chipotle its not the first time. I wonder if quedoba across the street treats their customers the same way.

I just don't understand what happened today. I got there exactly at 10:45 am so that I would be able to grab lunch and go back to work at school nearby. When I got there the workers weren't ready which I didn't have a problem with because they just opened but when I looked at the food it looked like it was left overs from the night before the beans were dry and then had some remnants on top like it was scooped out of a previous old container. The guacamole looked like it was made from the night before it was half filled and it was brown. There is no one ahead of me so I don't understand how it was only half filled when lunch time is around the corner. I commented on it and they just said that they've been getting bad avocados that was their explanation so I opted out of the avocado option. When I got to work the food was not hot extremely dry and tasteless. I don't understand how the quality has just gone down for Chipotle this was one of my most favorite places to eat at and I specifically go to this location. Tina
