- BBBrizaDec 8, 20251.0Was treated like trash by the workers today for wanting to order 5 meals. I was ordering for my family members on my own. I told them I needed to order 5 meals and they only got out 3 bowls. I told them I still needed to order 2 more and they pushed me to the next worker to add the toppings. They started taking orders from customers behind me while I was saying I wasn’t done. I had different workers talking to me at the same time for different bowls. I ended up messing up one of my family members order because I was being rushed out. They didn’t give me drink cups or tortillas. I got dirty looks from all the workers there and even though I asked for tortillas for all the bowls I only got a couple tortillas. They ran out of fajitas before my order too and all the bowls were supposed to have them. Obviously they are disorganized and do not care about customer service. Order your food online if you want to get multiple meals. Save yourself the dirty looks.

The salad dressing for the salad and the chimichuri sauce we paid extra for. I Still didn’t get any of the extra items I paid forever . The bowls were so small and sloppy put together. I had to go all the way back up to the store after I paid for delivery to have the bowls remade and the correct missing items added to the bag. The manager proceeds to tell me about portion control as i watch them load up customers bowls with out them having to ask. I feel like they send you whatever they want for delivery because they don’t think you will go back and correct it . I will never go to this location again. I’ve ordered here many times for delivery and it’s always the same story. This chipotle really takes a lot of my money any time I deliver things simply because they don’t read well and they don’t include the extras you pay for. I will now go to a new location because im fed up. I tried to give them sooo many chances but they constantly drop the ball when im spending my hard earned money .
