There was also not guac which was something extra I paid for. This location typically has long wait times (place an order at a specific time and you’re waiting 10+ extra minutes) and I’ve been patient with the staff; however, this mistake is incredibly disappointing. I tried utilizing the online chat to report feedback to hopefully receive a credit; but the pepper chat was not helpful and wouldn’t let me report my order.

I never ate them because I wasn't going to pay for what they made. Each time they said the portion sizes were right and that I would need to pay extra FOR WHAT EVERY OTHER CHIPOTLE WOULD PUT IN. And each time I told them I shouldn't have to tell them how to do the job I've watched others do everywhere else tons of times.
