Upon leaving the restroom I asked the manager working the cashier (short hair, female, and clearly a manager due to different attire being worn compared to the other workers) for a water cup. The manager proceeded to tell me that I would need to instead buy a soda due to “not being a customer”. I came in with my girlfriend and was surely a customer. I asked the other worker to confirm that I was just there and she pretended that I wasn’t. This was embarrassing and caused a scene where to other customers were staring. All I asked was for a water cup and she treated me like I never was a customer. I’ve been going to this location for at least 10+ years but after this terrible customer service I will never come back. Something should be said to this manager so nobody else has to feel the same embarrassment. This location just lost a customer who will never return.
