  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My food was cold. You forgot my cookie and drink. I paid for a subpar sandwich and soggy fries. Delivering experience was THE WORST EVER.

  This place has horrible customer service. All I did was ask if the machine was ready for my payment. She said I only have 2 hands and she hates holidays. right before me she refused to give hot water to someone that needed it for her baby formula.

  Do not eat here. I've been coming to this Charlie's cheesesteaks all year long in an attempt to order boneless wings but every! single! time! I've tried to order them I'm always met with a " we don't have wings right now". I'd say that's about 10 times but I've attempted to eat here. I guess they just don't want business. I'm so sick of this place, why even have boneless wings on the menu if you don't serve them? Their bone-in wings are small and dry, I don't recommend them if they even have them. Just avoid this place all together. The workers are lazy. I used to work at a Buffalo wild wings and I realize that defrosting the wings is a lot of work but what gives? That's part of the job. Does the owner even realize that the workers don't want to make boneless wings? Extremely disappointed in this location.
