  Waitress was ok but we waited 45+ minutes for the appetizer and another 20 minutes for our food. Food was ok. Nothing to brag about. The Philly cheesesteak was subpar.This experience completely ruined, our desire to ever go back to Buffalo wild wings.

  Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to. I have been to the one on Parker, Havana, and lone tree. The other ones were great. This is my FIRST time here. We asked for 3 sodas, we get WARM soda with no ice. So I keep flagging Tara down, they don’t come. So I go up to the front and ask “are you guys out or ice?” They look at me like I spoke to them in a different language. So I asked again, they respond with “uh I don’t know. Ask your server” like okay. I just wanted to know since my server wouldn’t come. Then they come back and says “you complain about me but then they spoil me”. How is that acceptable? I never once complained. It was a question because I didn’t want to drink WARM soda for dinner. I will not be coming back, I will be telling everyone I know not to come here either. Absolutely awful. Never have I ever gotten the server to come and try to start something with me. Instead I just smiled and ignored because I’m just here with my family. My family and I don’t get to come out often due to hectic schedules. Our ONE FAMILY night ruined. Within being here for 10 MINUTES. thanks a lot to the staff for being awful and making my 12 year old daughter feel bad about complaining and wanting cold soda. Reminder; this all happened because we were served WARM soda.

  Very poor service! The waiter took 25min to greet us and 45min to get our drinks out food come one 1hr after we arrived by the time we get our food my food was cold. We will nerved go back for sure.

  Service was poor and took forever for the server to come to us. And messed up my receipt after saying they were going to add my military discount which was never added.

  Came in to try and get some food around 9:30 and stood at the host stand for a solid 5-10 minutes. It says 1 star for the food but to be honest I wouldn’t even know since there were only 2 people in the restaurant and neither could even bother to come seat us. Bartender locked eyes with us 2-3 times and still didn’t come seat us. Disappointing cause we were really craving some wings. Ended up going to lazy dog and being sat within 10 seconds, would highly recommend lazy dog over bdubs.
