  I’m really disappointed with my experience here. The service was extremely slow — we waited over 40 minutes just to get our food. When it finally came out, everything was cold and tasted like it had been sitting in the back for a while. No one checked on us, and the whole visit felt like an afterthought. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least decent service. I’ve been there three times all the same experience not sure why I keep going back. This will be my last time.

  I actually enjoyed going here for about 2/3 years. This new management shift hasn’t been good. Why is the food so bad now? Did you lose the kitchen manager & all your chefs? I saw a line of 4 servers waiting for food in the kitchen. Your kitchen is having major problems & is the slowest I’ve ever seen. For example, my bread on my beer cheese sub was falling apart & extremely old. It looked like my beer cheese sub was cooked in a microwave. My fries & my sons fries had 0 seasoning on them. I’ve gotten it many times & it was unedible last week. I ordered a beer & never got it. The server had to take it off my tab because I got my check before she even remember I had ordered a beer. This is the worst I’ve ever seen the place. I blame new management & the mass exodus of employees.

  The service at this location is awful, I saw a "Under New Management" sign at the host station. I hope they can help, this place has gone down hill since COVID. Visited this location to watch a game and their TV's didn't work, what a joke. Simple orders took 20-25 mins for a beer. We actually opened a tab at the bar and got our own drinks. If new management doesn't fix this place, shut it down.

  Restaurant was half empty but they couldn’t seat anyone. Only ended up getting a table when we did because so many people ahead of us left. Food was not great. Lacking sauce on two items. Server was nice but everything was just slow. Food was slow to come out. Slow to get drinks and refills. We’ve been to this location multiple times and it always disappoints. New management signs were up in the restaurant but still felt like same old same old.

  Place is very wishy washy. Have eaten in here a couple times and its terrible to alright to great randomly, the wing quality just varies so insanely to where sometimes I can just take one bite and send it back. Made an Uber order today and it took an hour, i live a 5 minute drive away and was drunk. It was so ridiculously bad there was almost no sauce on half the wings and when I ordered the online only "golden fire" there was just actually 0 sauce. Id honestly like some sort of refund or gift card to come use IN PERSON so I can make sure they dont serve me sauce less tough overcooked nonsense.
