- JQJ QDec 22, 20251.0I now remember why I stopped going to BWW. The online ordering does not allow you to adjust the wings for well done, extra saucy.. nothing. I do not like rubbery wings and for whatever reason that is how yall like cooking them. Second, I had a 20 piece and could not state how I wanted the sauce selections, I wanted 15 of 1 and 5 of the other... but again no your online system doesn't allow that. Other wing places give you those options.... Also I ordered burgers and they were the driest and unflavorful burgers I have had with hard dried cheese as if they were already cooked and cheese was added and left sitting... the kind that sits at the bbq and the late guests get. My wife and I regretted picking burgers. Then I waited to get my wings redone and it looked like they just gave me back the same wings with extra sauce and made a few extra. Needless to say we didn't enjoy it and we threw most of it away. And on top of it, I didn't realize your iced tea is not iced tea it is cold unsweetened tea.. EVERYONE KNOWS ICED TEA IS SWEET except BWW. When I went back to change it the waitress tried to charge me $8 when I gave her back the drinks full except for one sip we spit out. Thank you for ruining date night and reminding me why I stopped going to BWW and trust me I will not forget again.

Then was told the only way to fix it was to come in person and get a gift card that was only eligible in store or on their app. So sad that they messed up an order that bad and were not willing to make things right
