Each time I was told something different: first that it was already processed, then to wait until Monday, then they “weren’t sure” what happened. In the end, I had to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my $27 back. Totally unnecessary and frustrating. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
