I received all of my scoops in kids cups. Mint chocolate scoop was half the others and I had to ask why. Then she “fixed” it. Not only that, the kids scoop was massive compared to the others. Also, this was the drive thru and she handed me all of the ice cream with spoons and no lids. Weird customer service that a drive thru order would be served open and not packaged to-go. The smarter customer service thing to do is ask if they don’t want lids when they place the order.

Shame on you Baskin Robbin’s you’ve been in business since 1945 and this is how you want to serve folks now, really shame on you! May as well close the doors anyway after reading the reviews.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
