Longest nastiest greasey hair in my sandwich
The fries were greasier than the hair and freezing cold. Than the forget the cheese on my cheddar beef.
Never gonna get that money back. Now I have to spend more money so me and my wife can have dinner.

I have come to this Arby’s often for years as I live right by it. I had an issue with my food via the drive thru so I went inside the store and requested my order to be corrected and to speak to a manager. The manager on duty, Zachariah, was extremely unprofessional and rude to me and to the employees that I had asked for a manager. He was very dismissive and condescending, and being spoken to in that manner in front of staff and other customers was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. I understand that fast food environments can be stressful, but that does not justify speaking to customers or your own employees in a hostile or belittling way. It was not even busy. Very poor customer service and seemingly management skills as well. Mistakes happen, and I would have completely understood had it been handled with basic courtesy. However, based on how this was handled and the extreme unprofessionalism from Zachariah, I am extremely disappointed and I will, without a doubt, be giving my business to a different Arbys in the future.

I just went there and tried to use a Christmas gift card for $15 dollar and Stacey said I only had $6.33 on it I she tried to keep the rest confused I asked for it back and had to pay out of pocket. . went back and got another sandwich with my gift card. Little bit of confusion but not the best customer satisfaction.
