  I stopped by this morning before work and I have to say this was the best part of my day! I got a love potion fizz with extra cold foam as recommended by the girl taking orders outside, it’s really good! Goob job Seven Brew I will most certainly be returning here!! ❤️

  we love 7 brew. however, on this particular day we went. we traveled by bus across the city to arrive only to be told they weren't taking walk ups because their drive thru was too busy. we didn't expect to skip the drive thru line by walking just wanted to get our order in we were turned away VERY DISAPPOINTING

  Used to enjoy coming to this location, especially since is conveniently close to home for me. Unfortunately the customer service has gotten consistently worse every time I’ve been. Staff are unhelpful when it comes to drink orders and information on flavors and short and unfriendly. Tonight myself and 2 others came to the drive through and were ignored by staff taking orders in line. Not only did he not attempt to take our order but took the order of another customer that pulled up after we had been waiting at least 10 minutes already. Disappointing.

  Imagine going to get coffee here for the first time in months. You actually bring others with you that have never had 7 brew before and you walk up to the window to order. As you are looking over the menu a young girl comes outside and tells you that they are not taking window orders because they are too busy. You need to get into the drive thru lane to order. Turns arounds goes back into the building and slams the door shut. I honestly cannot remember the last time I've had service this poor in a while. It was actually shocking. Took everyone in my party off guard. It was so hostile. You can guarantee that was not her first time doing that. People do that when they feel comfortable enough to. We had to drive north to go to another 7 brew that was much friendlier. Closing an ordering option is fine but the way you deliver that message is the difference between a 1 and 5 star review.

  I have been a faithful customer and I never had a problem till today. I pulled up to the drive-through and sat there as there as the took care of everyone else that came in after me. Mind you I was already there for probably a couple minutes and no one greeted us. Then once a new car came up she turned around from talking to her co worker ( young lady with to French braids) and proceeded to the car closest to the building and took their order and then the one behind it and then the one behind us. My husband had to call someone over because they would have just left us there. No one Checked on us. I’m very disappointed because I have never had a problem until today. Also no one offered to apologize just made us feel like we were in the wrong.
