Whoever the blonde girl is, at 2:30PM on 1/1/26 blending the coffee in the back, should not be working in customer service if she is going to be snarky while talking to people. Not sure if she's upset she's work on New Years or what, but it is quite LITERALLY her job to be a decent human being and provide a service. I always get a Medium Banana Bread Ice Blondie, light ice, an extra scoop of banana, cold foam with caramel around the cup and on the cold foam and a small cup of ice. Almost EVERY TIME the caramel is never on the cold foam, I've had previous conversations with staff and THEY are the ones who told me the caramel on the cold foam is typically forgotten. I don't mind having to remind them to make a drink properly, it's not a big deal. Today, a young man with dreads took my order and when I mentioned the caramel, I noticed he did not make note of it, so I asked him to communicate to his fellow coworkers to ensure there is caramel around the cup AND on the cold foam because I hate having to asking people to remake drinks or the fix something after it's already done. This is routine for me, as i order the SAME thing, EVERY time. After placing the order and paying, the drink came out and DID NOT have caramel around the cup like I specified from the very beginning not once but twice to the man who took my order. I pointed out the lack of caramel around the cup to the male who tried to hand me my drink, he went into the back and was speaking to a blonde girl who was CLEARLY annoyed with the fact that her COWORKER did not communicate the request properly however her frustration was taken out on me. She brought the same drink out, which clearly had caramel added to the rim last second, and it did not have the amount that typically comes with it and I pointed it out to her. I tried explaining that I used to always have issues with the caramel not being on the cold foam however I couldn't even finish my sentences with her constant interruptions. She then headed back into the "kitchen" area very annoyed and came back with a drink SMOTHERED with caramel and then had the nerve to tell me that if I want extra caramel, that I needed to order it next time. Once again, I tried to explain but she proceeded to walk away while I was speaking. I DID NOT WANT EXTRA CARAMEL. I wanted my drink made correctly, the first time, like I asked TWICE while ordering. Absolutely terrible customer service, I am an Assistant General Manager at a restaurant and if one of my crewmembers spoke to a guest that way AND walked away from them AND didn't let the guest communicate the issue, I would be very upset and disappointed as this is how you lose business. I will NEVER come back to this location again.

Would give 0 if i could. completely skipped over us in line, and then was rude the entire time! 3 cars got bussed out before us. Asked for a receipt gave attitude about giving a receipt. They need to work on their customer service and customer connections!

Starting off by saying I absolutely love 7brew. It is one of my favorite coffee places, but this one is probably the worst. My family and I stopped by on 11/23/25 around 8/9 pm. We ordered our drinks my sister in law did not like her drink at all, it tasted like a burnt shot and not good at all. We turned back since we were still in the parking lot and told the worker we didn’t like the drink at all and if we could maybe exchange it for something different. The worker (had her hair in a ponytail, oversized dark blue sweater, hella chunky, white) said in an annoyed tone “ Well since you didn’t like policy is that we would have to charge you for a different one because it’s more of a you opinion and not us messing it up, but we’ll remake it this one time just so you know.” Which I know is completely wrong, I work at a Dutch bros and have friends here in Tx who are Brewistas, shift leads and a manager at 7brew here and when I called them after that interaction, they confirmed to me that what she said to us was not policy. I went back on the day of 11/28 around similar time and asked for 2 cold pours of other drinks because we had a long drive back to TX in the morning and they made both drinks wrong again, thankfully this one worker I’m assuming a lead came up to us and said they always remake the drinks if wrong or even not liked. That girl was a real sweetheart. That other girl from 11/23 was the worse. Managers and operators of this stand, please train them better.
