  We were visiting Aurora from out of town and had the Farmhouse breakfast sandwich, and the Maple. Both were delicious. They cut the bagel sandwiches in half which is handy when you want to share! Place was clean staff was friendly and very fast! The self serve hot coffee was much better than we expected (we just wanted hot coffee with cream which they have right there and it's fresh). We went back again the next day on our way out of town because of the coffee.

  To save you work, this place is bad, this Einstein's treats you terribly. Also advice, asked them for your receipt, they didn’t give me mine so I had no proof of them giving me the wrong items . I got a special in my app for a dozen bagels. I placed the order for pick up and simply waited. I don’t drive, I ride the bus and when I opened my dozen box I noticed they didn’t give me what I asked for. The bagels were ugly, the Asiago barely had any cheese on it. Usually Einsteins cares and puts everything bagels in individual bags so that the garlic smell doesn’t stick to the other bagels. They put the shmear tubs inside the box and it flattened the bagels because they were fresh. I called and they only offered me to trade the bagels, and I was on my way to work, they also told me that the person who prepared my ordered didn’t know of the bagging the smelly bagels. It is the second time I order here and it is the second time I get disappointed by them. Inside theres two tables and only two chairs to sit on. The ladies look at you and watch you and make you feel uncomfortable. I really hope I don’t have to come back to this location until they change their management. No good solution has been given to me to this date.

  Cashier today (3/21) around noon was so friendly and nice. Sandwiches were made super fast. Great experience will be back!

  Walk in and know what wanted and was told "you know we close in 3 minutes right!!" If it was a sit down restaurant I understand!! Rude!!! Not very welcoming!!
