  I had an extremely frustrating experience at Dutch Bros. We ordered four drinks, including two Hot Golden Eagles (extra hot with cinnamon) and two Rebels. From the moment we pulled up to the window, we were completely ignored—no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. When we finally received one of the Golden Eagles, it immediately felt suspiciously light, especially considering this isn’t the first time I order this drink. So, just as any other person, I opened it right there at the window and saw the cup was only about a quarter full, with no cinnamon and clearly not made extra hot. Seeing that the cup was only a quarter, it made a lot more sense why it felt lighter in my hand. When I calmly pointed it out to the staff, I simply asked for it to be fixed by at least adding extra Milk not even espresso, but the male employee making drinks immediately accused me of drinking from it. That accusation was not only false, it was ridiculous—we had just been handed the drink and were still sitting at the window in plain view, waiting for the rest of our order. There was no possible way that I could gulp the drink in a second. Instead of correcting their mistake, the staff chose to be defensive, dismissive, and unprofessional. Every drink we received was poorly made, but the attitude was the worst part. I understand sometimes a drink can be made incorrectly by mistake, so had the employee apologized and admitted to the mistake by all means everything would’ve been fine. But to accuse me of the consequences of your actions? Absolutely not. This experience was embarrassing for your staff and incredibly disrespectful to us as customers. I highly suggest the management team review their training, or else this place will lose more customers.

  I come to the Dutch nearly everyday (sometimes more than once) and I have never had a bad experience. From the drinks that always hit right to the employees that work here. Hailey, Maddy, Zaya and so many more women here have made my day more than once and always make me feel welcome. I genuinely enjoy coming and not just for the drinks! Even when they’re backed up they have smiles and still ask about my day or why my plans are. Dare I say some of them have become genuine friends to me. I couldn’t speak any more highly of this team!!

  I just got back from there and I was drinking my drink and I found a hair in my drink. I am seriously disappointed and discussed.

  While the service is always really nice, this has got to be the SLOWEST and most INEFFICIENT way to get a coffee/tea. I just sat in line for over 30 minutes for one drink, and that is just absolutely ridiculous. Even during off times like the evening I’ve sat 15+ minutes. You get trapped in the drive through too so if you don’t want to wait you just get stuck. I don’t understand why it takes so long when most other drive through coffee spots are extremely efficient. I enjoy their rebel shots and the service, just REALLY wish they would speed things up.

  The best customer service hands-down! Absolutely love there drinks more than there competitor but I won't say any names 😇
