  Never will order here again. I have camera footage that I will be submitting to online platforms and to corporate regarding the interaction the delivery driver had with my mother. There was an emergency situation that involved the authorities in which I had to leave the home and was not able to provide the tip that I indicated on the delivery notes. Upon my return, my mother informed me of the interaction with a delivery driver. I then called the store and. I reported this to the manager on duty Rob or Robert , recorded the conversation as well for quality assurance. The solution that was offered with something that I was unable to do in that current moment And I explained those circumstances to him . I offered if we could resolve this tomorrow, he refused indicating this is all that he has after tonight It’s no good. Mind you what was offered was a $20 credit on a $86 order and the only way he could do it was cancel my $86 order and then RERUN my card for the $20 credit -.- The way the interaction went, did not offer customer satisfaction, it was more so disappointment in how of the delivery driver and manager are representing the business of dominoes, and I am extremely displeased with how it was handled in a manager’s position. It felt very standoffish. I don’t feel that I felt heard and to spend that amount of money on a delivery that was below expectations of Domino’s policy is absolutely unheard of. I will be in touch with corporate tomorrow and will submit video footage of the interaction. This place should be as ashamed of themselves

  I'd like for the store manager, Angel B, and the front cashier, Rayanna, to be recognized for their outstanding customer service. Both ladies were extremely kind and created welcoming and positive vibes as soon as I walked into the store. The bathroom and dining area inside were clean, so dining inside would be comfortable because every table was clean- I didn't have to search for the cleanest table to wipe down with napkins to sit and wait for my pizza. I appreciate the fast service and freshly made pizza that is perfectly cooked; not too greasy or burnt on the crust. The overall experience was 5 stars!! The kind hearted staff and amazing customer service created such a positive and pleasant experience. I'm lucky this is the closest store to where I live so that I can make this specific store my favorite and one and only choice when I'm wanting pizza!

  I am shocked at how good this Domino’s is. I waited until my second visit to make sure it wasn’t a fluke, and both times my order was correct, fast, and most importantly, delicious. I did curbside both times and it was easy and the staff was friendly. I’m genuinely very impressed with this location.
