  While ordering I made a mistake and mixed up the name of the treat I wanted because of the picture on the menu. Once I received the order I informed the manager that I did infact make a mistake. Herby could have became frustrated with me, but instead she was so kind and understnading of this mistake. Herby carefully asked what did I mean to order and made sure that I would recieve the correct treat. Herby is definitely the best peron to have in a position of managment to set high standards and great customer service. You rock Herby!!

  I'm a Dairy Queen freak and I swear the ice cream was in Dairy Queen brand it tasted so bad and I have Dairy Queen maybe two or three times a week
