  I can see why this has very low reviews.They barely put an immediate in your plates.But stack a bunch of lettuce. Since when is that a scoop and 21 dollars for a bunch of lettuce

  When I order a bowl with tomatillo salsa, they tried to say that was the tabasco on the tables and then gave me attitude about it. Just checked and they never put it on at all nor the cheese. Constantly have issues like this here. Easily worst Chipotle I've been to in the Denver area.

  Corporate needs to step into this location. Every time I come in they are out of everything regardless of the time of day, and it’s teenagers running the place with no adult supervision. They try their best but they don’t have the experience to run a restaurant! Where is management in this location??

  My husband stopped by Chipotle today to pick up lunch for our family while I’m unwell, including a kids meal for our toddler. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment he walked in. When he asked a simple question about what comes with the kids taco plate, the woman behind the counter was dismissive and barely responded. Communication was difficult, and instead of helping, she seemed unwilling to engage at all. Thankfully, another younger employee nearby tried to politely answer his question. As he moved down the line, it became very clear that the same employee was laughing and making comments about him to the staff behind the counter. This was not subtle—it was obvious enough that even another employee told her to stop because she could get them in trouble. That alone speaks volumes about how inappropriate the situation was. To make matters worse, they forgot to include both the milk and chips that come with the kids meal. When my husband asked for the milk, she appeared annoyed. At that point, he chose not to even ask about the missing chips. This was not a complicated order, nor was he asking for anything unreasonable—just basic service and respect. Being ignored, mocked, and then receiving an incomplete order is completely unacceptable. We’ve never had an experience like this at Chipotle before, which makes this even more disappointing. This level of unprofessional behavior should not happen, especially toward a paying customer simply trying to get food for his family.
