  Everyone makes mistakes, we are all human, but I spent $54 dollars here and my 85 y/o grandmother went to pick it up. I was getting off of work so I couldn't pick it up. She drove there was missing a salad drove all the way back to get it. No one apologized, no one comped the meal or like I said even apologized. I understand how the food industry can get overwhelming especially during a rush but customer service is a big deal. I heard so much about chic fil a customer service and satisfaction. But it was not shown tonight

  Come on guys, how do you forget pickles like every other time I come here? The sandwiches are literally 3 ingredients... Chicken, bread, PICKLES. Can't be that hard to remember

  Always love going to Chick-fil-A. Everyone who I have encountered here is very friendly and welcoming. I've had three times where I got home and food items were missing. And I've had to drive back to get them. That's my only complaint at this Chick-fil-A restaurant. Would be nice to get a gift card or something for having to drive back.

  I said I was going to stop complaining but after calling corporate speaking with the owner and getting offered free food to apologize for their terrible service and attitudes and lack of customer service. After multiple attempts to visit again they continued to blatantly be rude especially since they know I’ve complained in the past! You should have just seen and felt the way the young lady came up to me and took my order earlier! Very cold very non chalant very Im ready to go home and oh you again! I’m just fed up with the young people here they obviously don’t care about the people that they serve! Then the apparent manger that they told me was the manger before doesn’t speak English but she surely brought my food out before the car in front me could even get to the window! Food was mediocre fries barely filled asked for ice water she obviously has an issue with me correcting it and they barely gave me ice at all as well as my little ones drink from her kids meal! I’m just fed up and will no longer give you all the benefit of the doubt! Disappointed is an understatement! Shame on yall for making it so difficult despite my money paying for my food each time!
