Tonight I asked for a half sweet half unsweetened tea, they tried to give me a sunjoy. At least I caught that before I left. But my sandwich that I asked for extra pickles actually had no pickles. Didn’t catch that until I got home though. ☹️

- MDM DMar 17, 20261.0My family and I went through the drive thru and when we reached home we saw they forgot our fries. By the time we got back and asked them to give us our fries and replace the one that got cold in the time we took to come back to Chick-fil-A. They also put pickles in all of our sandwiches even though we asked specifically for them not to. They refused to replace the fries that got cold and the bald Asian lady gave us a horrible attitude and spoke loud enough so we can hear “and they just came back?!” very condescendingly. Horrible customer service, the Quincy location is miles beyond better. Save your time and money and go that one instead!
