  They switched the mobile and drive through order lanes. I don't know if I read the sign wrong and missed it.Either way, waited in line just to get told, I can't put it in order.But if I drive all the way back around again after waiting in line to get through without picking up a meal.They'll take my order... gee, thanks. I've got a good idea... I'm going to get out of the line and never come back again. Customer service? The two lanes merge anyways.How hard would it have been to let me know next time?I should get in the right lane, but take my order.

  I mean....hey....it's Chick-Fil-A! I love the food and the service is always superb. They're always so kind. I really REALLY wish they would bring back the Spicy Chicken Breakfast Sandwich!! Do yourself a favor and mobile order EVERYTHING before you go as the mobile drive-thru is Amazeballs! Great location and I'm so glad they came to Tallgrass/EQH/Copperleaf! Thank you CFA!!!!!   I ordered 12 piece grilled chicken nuggets and there were barely 9 of them. Do you all even count while putting orders in for to go? Highly disappointed!!! Do you count this piece (see picture) as one piece of nugget??

  Heads up they switched the mobile and drive thru lane. Pulled up as normal and the person would not take my order eventhough there was no large sign or indicator that the lanes switched until after you are already there. He tells me no and says I have to pull around and go to the other lane. Pull up but can’t get through to go around again because there are 3 cars blocking. Waiting in my car I order online. Finally get to the window and he says I have to pull around and scan the QR code. Makes no sense and could have been easily fixed had the first worker easily taken my order. It could have been fixed a second time by the second worker as well to have me pull up and wait instead of making me drive all the way around to scan the code. Horrible customer service and just unnecessary

  Worst service ever I went in and they kept trying to say my card didn’t work ( they weren’t swiping it properly) the staff Anali and Manolo were laughing inside the building saying there’s nothing they could do and aggressively swiping my card ( probably the reason it didn’t work) made us move up and wait even longer because they couldn’t do their job properly. When they came up to us with a different card ready after trying to make us use a different payment method when it wasn’t our fault. The card reader went through first try when I tried swiping it. Over all as a “Christian” business stop hiring young people who don’t know how to do their job
