  Ordered through the Charleys app. Waited for over an hour. Only received the drinks correct. The food was all wrong. And the milkshakes were melted. This was not a minor issue. I didn't receive any of the food I paid for. Photos of I received and receipt of what I ordered available. Been trying to get in touch with them for 2 days no answer to my calls or feedback requests. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General.

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My food was cold. You forgot my cookie and drink. I paid for a subpar sandwich and soggy fries. Delivering experience was THE WORST EVER.

  This place has horrible customer service. All I did was ask if the machine was ready for my payment. She said I only have 2 hands and she hates holidays. right before me she refused to give hot water to someone that needed it for her baby formula.
