  where do i begin, first the waiter took our order, we ordered 10 wings between 2 people, the waiter told us that on tuesdays it was buy one get one so instead we ordered 6, we didn't get our food for 35 minutes even though it was only 12 wings, then when we did they didn't split our seasoning 6/6 like we ordered rather it was 9/3. the wings were dry and not that good. we were planning to order more but decided to go somewhere else because of the experience, when we got our check they overcharged us, we brought the manager over to settle it and he gave a lot of attitude adimant that it was "buy one get one half off" and after some back and forth the manager finally honoured what we were told. cherry on top we were given someone else's credit card at the end

  The food was atrocious. Every single sauce is sugar-syrup/corn syrup based. Nasty. As disappointed that they started the nuggets game late, when they are the home team. The waitress also never once refilled my water. The dessert i ordered came with ice cream and they served it without ice cream and were surprised when I asked for it to be corrected. It was really disappointing to walk out of there without eating anything other than 3 carrots and 2 celery sticks. I didn't eat my main order it sucked. I left all the leftovers there.

  Honestly, I’m not sure what happened to this place. Up until about a year ago, it was excellent — great service, fresh food, and a very pleasant atmosphere. It used to be one of our favorite spots to gather. We came back a couple of days ago, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. As soon as you walk in, there’s an unpleasant smell in the place (like humidity or possibly sewage), which immediately affects the overall experience. The service felt unfriendly, and the food was not at the level it used to be. It’s frustrating because we know how good this restaurant can be. Please bring back the quality you had before — this place used to be special.

  We placed a takeout order at Buffalo Wild Wings. When we arrived, we picked up the order and only realized at home that it was incomplete. We had to return, and their excuse was that we had picked up an incomplete order—when in fact they handed it to us that way. So we had to make the trip twice for the same order, and the apology offered was minimal. We also had guests at home, and having to make two trips meant the food was cold by the time we could actually serve it.

  Tyler, the waiter, was incredible and the food was awesome! The food was incredible and everything came out perfectly, despite a big order. And the service was above and beyond. Whereas most waiters avoid you and take forever, this waiter was highly attentive but he also gave us space and privacy, and was approachable and easy to talk to, always walking around instead of wandering off or going on his phone. He was happy to serve us with anything and improved our experience.
