- BBbexMar 9, 20261.03/9/26: Showed up 9:35-9:40 when they close at 10, and as someone who works in the restaurant industry at a sit down restaurant, I understand it’s completely frustrating when people come close to when it’s closed. But, you’d expect them to at least still have doors open to serve customers, especially at an ice cream shop where interactions last just a few minutes. The doors were locked and we could see the crew cleaning already. But what made it worse was one of the girls inside made faces at us while eating food as she saw us trying to come in, almost mockingly. You guys are technically still open so this just felt unprofessional and doesn’t make people want to come back. If you’re going to close early, at least be respectful to your potential customers.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
